Is there really a disproportinately large number of reported alien abductions in Nome, Alaska?

Of course I ask because of the movie "The Fourth Kind". I was wondering if there was any truth in this assertion in the film or not. Sometimes its hard to tell in film today, what there is real and what is not, as there is a mixture of reality and fiction, and sometimes and try to recreate the illusion of a homemade documentary. In this film, as I mentioned they claim at least have mixed video of real people under hypnosis with the "made up" video with actors playing roles of people under hypnosis. Ex: Blair Witch Project, The DaVinci Code, Paranormal Activity, Cloverfield (but this is something of an exception), and now the Fourth Kind.

Indeed, only a few abductions reported in Alaska, not more than you find in California or elsewhere across the globe. Everything they say in the movie is largely composed. You will constantly look at the bottom of the screen "Actually recordings ", but this is all just a ploy to make you believe. The purpose of some of these films are really just to make people wonder if it is true. Although some of those in possession of a good story line, they try hard to make it look really … maybe a little too hard. The Blair Witch Project was apparently just made that way. All these Scary Movie comedies and such would not be allowed to make fun of it if 3 children really have lost their lives. Paranormal Activity I wondered about … Thank LA police and adds no credits were the work of genius! But I saw the movie twice in theater and bootlegged one. Well bootlegged version had an alternate ending what seemed more realistic, but not so scary. So if there are alternate endings surely it is pure fiction. The DaVinci Code is all based on theory. There is incorportated facts in the movie proved, but nothing. Nothing in this film can prove or disprove, so choose what aspects you would like to believe. Cloverfield: Obviously BS! Fourth Kind was designed to make you think some of it is based on real events, but mostly the movie is fiction.
