Why do I get a headache sometimes when I do self-hypnosis?
This is a serious question to those who have experience with hypnosis. I guess it could be because I come out of it "too fast". I like to listen to these "daytime" confirmation tape after Having listened to some audio tapes with binaural beats to help me relax. I think the problem may be lack of "Proposal" or sound to slowly get me back up to the alpha state. Thoughts?
You are correct.coming up too quickly can produce a headache very often around 70% of time.there be three two five steps, more is better. to get rid of the discomfort, go into trance and visualize the discomfort as a hot red ball inside your head, Pack the ball until it is very small, and let the faint and operation away.come slowly up and you should be done with it.
