hypnosis course – which one?

I am VERY skeptical to such online courses for hypnosis. In my opinion, they should be illegal everywhere, unless they are self hypnosis courses that are officially authorized.

Hypnotizing others are not something you do for fun or your own entertainment. Yes, the trance state itself is harmless, but someone who is open to suggestions can take suggestions the wrong way. Hypnotherapists say that you can’t hypnotize anyone against their will and without their knowledge, and even if you can, it’s not something you should go around trying to do, which it looks like the ecourse is about.

My strong recommendation is to not waste your money on that ecourse. It doesn’t look very legitimate for those who know a few things about how hypnosis works. It’s illegal to hypnotize anyone (other than yourself) unless you’re a doctor or psychologist where I live, and only for medical purposes. That counts for something.

If you are serious about wanting to learn hypnosis, you should first study psychology. Most serious and safe hypnosis courses that I have seen last for 4 years. You will AT least want to learn hypnosis from a psychologist or psychiatrist.

In my opinion, being hypnotized by someone without psychological education is like going to a butcher for an operation.
