What do you think of this analysis of Obama's speeches / interviews?

A psychologist wrote a report analyzing Obama's use of mass hypnotic techniques in his speeches and interviews (see link below). He gives detailed examples from Obama's speeches and how they follow conversational hypnotic techniques developed by Dr. Milton Erickson, who is known as the father of modern hypnosis method. This explains why he rose so quickly and gained a cult like following so quickly.
