We have thousands of random and involuntary thoughts that play in our conscious mind on a daily basis. These random and involuntary thoughts are preprogramed repative images, although they may seem new because of the way they are configured, or put together is actually the same images that your brain has been spewing out on a regular basis for years.

The whole idea of trying to fix someone makes the assumption that people are victims, they are somehow flawed at their core competencies, and can not run their own lives.

Nobody wants to believe that they created the bad relationships, not one wants to believe that they created the disease, car wreck, the (fill in the blank), but until each and every one of us comes to the simple conclusion that they and they alone are responsible for their lives and their life circumstances, nothing is ever really going to change, then the man said: "When we no longer able to change a situation – we are challenged to change ourselves. "

Think about it, what makes the most of your thoughts? What is you focused on? Do yourself a favor buy yourself a simple small hours, and the whole day set the timer to go off at ten, fifteen to twenty minutes. When timer goes off, stop and see where your thoughts are. You will be surprised how much we focus on the things we do not want to experience, rather than the things we want to experience.

Our personal environment is the result of our thoughts, and feelings. The thoughts in our brains are primarily composed of pictures and these pictures represent our history.

We have thousands and thousands of thoughts, ie images, each day, most of them are simply retreads of the pictures we had the day before or one hour before. It is as if we are stuck looking endless reruns on TV Land or Nick at night, something really new, just the same shows over and over again.

How many of you get up in the morning, awake, aware and grateful for living, experiencing and expressing a new day? You face the day, every day with the same expectations, the same images and stories in your head.

It is time to change your story. In truth, there are many ways to do this, some easy, some are hard, some are effective and sustainable, some short-lived and very inefficient.

The first part of the process is to recognize that we are pure energy, pure potential. At the deepest level of existence, we are a mass of atoms, formed in different variations and configurations. Somewhere along the line we have forgotten that we began to think that we are the body, we are the thoughts that we began to let the energy of thoughts, control stories, us and guide us around.

When something is to generate energy is measured in watts. Since you produce waves of energy spread and influence, literally manifest things in your life, let's take a look at how to take control of the power of your personal energy and become a personal energy Master.

Turn up otherwise

To make any changes in your life, you must start with three basic ingredients.

1) W = wish! This is one of the most misunderstood parts of the steps to creating change in your life. We must focus on our wants, but what it translates into for most people is our Do not Want. The brain does not know the difference between a real or imagined event, and it does not recognize the word no. If I were to say to you right now, do not think about the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor, I can guarantee you are now thinking of Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor. As an example of how this rule impacts your wish, let us say that you focus on the fact that you want more money, well, when you focus on wants more money, you actually feel, remember those pesky electro-chemical bits of energy called feelings (aka feelings) that you do not have enough money, or say that you focus on the fact that you want a new job is good when you have the kind of focus, what you really saying is that you do not have a job, or you do not like the job you have, etc. When you specify that you want ________, then what you really do is to admit you do not have the things you want.

What you need to do is decide what the experience is that you want, it's not really money that you want, money is only paper what you really want, they are experiences that money can give you, like to have money can give you the freedom to not have to worry about being able to pay your bills, or freedom to travel, the feeling of independence do as you please without struggling day after day of worry and stress over all the things that a lack of money implies.

The same applies to all hope if you decide you want less stress, more confidence in you life, so you must decide what the experience of to have less stress and more confidence will give to you. It is never the actual physical thing that you want, it's the experience that comes along with having the WILL!

2) A = Acknowledgement, you really recognize that you can get what it is you want, you feel deep in your gut that you may have what it is that if you WANT. If you want to live a life of confidence and less stress, you must believe in a deep level, at an emotional level that you can experience a life of confidence and ease. Thee, WILL if a new job as CEO of a multi-million dollar Corporation, you must recognize that it is possible to be CEO, you must believe it can happen. It is a very important step in the process if you do not think if you can not actually feel in your gut that you can be a CEO of a large company, so it would be almost impossible for you to be, and if you then you would not hold power for long. That is why it is so important to learn and practice daily self-hypnotic exercises, you practice to get into that space of relaxation, this place where you can visualize so strong and arrange to actually feel whatever want is you are visualizing.

3) T = trust, it is an important ingredient TRUST. You must trust, you must have full confidence that it will be reflected in your life. Whatever it is you want a life of confidence and greater self-esteem / self-esteem, more money, better job, whatever it is you want, can only be a reality if you trust that it will happen. You can identify what it is you want (step # 1), and you can feel what the experience of having this wish will be like, (step # 2), but unless you can put your trust and faith that it will come true so all your wishes will remain dreams and wishes. All you need to do is follow steps # 1 and # 2, and let it go, because whatever you put out, obviously in your life.

Look at your life right now, no matter what the condition of your life, you have been programmed to believe that this is what you deserve, that's what people like you, you have been programmed to believe that you must fight, that life is hard that we can not have everything we want the other guy always gets the good things that dieting is hard that we must live from paycheck to paycheck, quitting cigarettes is almost impossible, the lists goes on and on and on. You can have something very badly, (Step # 1) you can really recognize that it is possible for this to happen, (step # 2), but if you do not trust that it will happen, it will most likely not.

The one sure way to build confidence is to keep a journal of your daily self-hypnotic exercises. Every day write down successes, visualizations, positive changes taking place in your life because of the daily exercises. No matter how small or insignificant it may seem, Example: "I did my daily exercise, and I felt much more relaxed, I was able to interact with my boss, and it felt good. "That way you will build your confidence level as the changes in your life start multiply as you begin this process so the results you want to keep getting bigger and better.
