Weight Reduction Miracle – Hypnosis Plus Atkins High Protein Weight Loss Plan

Despite the popularity of the Atkins Diet, it is often very misunderstood! Popular, but slightly exaggerated depictions of the diet portray dieters wolfing down sheer quantities of meat and fat. Ongoing Weight Loss: During the ongoing Weight Loss phase, dieters gradually increase their intake of carbohydrates by adding 5 grams of carbs in their diet each week. Dieters fine tune their diet, lose weight to sit inside 5-10 pounds of their goal weight before transitioning to the Pre-maintenance stage.

Pre-maintenance: dieters use Pre-maintenance stage to find the maximum of carbs they can consume without gaining weight. In this phase, dieters increase carbohydrate intake by 10 grams per week. Once dieters reach their goal weight and keep it stable a month, they move into Lifetime Maintenance stage.

Lifetime Maintenance: For lasting results, the Atkins program should be maintained throughout the dieter lifetime. Using the techniques that helped the dieter reach their goal weight, dieter quit a diet and exercise program to stay at their goal weight. Individuals can return to previous phases, if they ever start to regain weight.

Dieters can stick to the Atkins diet are often successful in losing weight, unfortunately, many people are able to maintain the program ends and finish early in the induction phase. Generally, most diets fail because dieters can not stay on schedule.
