Childbirth hypnosis classes – home studio or live classes?
I'm looking into Hynobabies childbirth classes, but I'm a really bad college newlyweds. Home The study classes add up to about $ 150. The live group classes (there are 6 3-hour ones) is $ 300. Advice?
My advice is that you really do not need classes. Been to them and they really do work. At least when I went into labor I am not aware of anything that happened in my childbirth classes. But if your honestly going for a totally natural birth I suppose go for it, and I'll do it live just because if your going to do it, do it with an actual instructor, as you can see in person and ask questions on the spot and away you can meet other mom friends!
