Anyone ever tried hypnosis as a weight loss aid?

Would you recommend it? How do I determine if the clinic has staff who know what they are doing? Questions to ask before I sign on the dotted line. What to look for? thanks.

I quit smoking AND lost weight as a result of hypnosis. It was the best $ ever spent.

Give it a try. It did require that I follow up with it – using a relaxation tape for 15 minutes a day – but that was not big deal and it only lasted for a few weeks.
