Are there rapid inductions for self-hypnosis (like the speed inductions for hypnotizing other ppl)?
there are a multitude of rapid inductions. almost anything you wish to use can be used.
I teach my students to concentrate on the covers when they go to bed. they pull up the covers and start to feel the relaxation move up starting at the knees and progressing until they enter the trance just as they finish. I use the same technique my self and love the sensation,it is like slipping into a warm bathtub. the trance progresses to deep sleep in a short time.
you need an induction and suggestion by a trained person once or twice. and practice for a few days in a row immediately after. enjoy!!!!
