Self hypnosis techniques that worked for you?
Self hypnosis is kinda hard to do because you are trying to co a task for hypnotherapist and receiver both at once. I would suggest getting a way to record your session just the way you want it, so kick back, relax and get the full influence. You can never be quite responsive, if you concentrate on the direct yourself next. As far as techniques go, I always follow something like that ….. Imagine yourself on a staircase, the top of the step L foot 1: a count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, you're on the bottom, says …. Deep sleep (snap fingers) and you will sleep soundly, deeply and the physical body will relax. (Take a few deep breathes) Now work from top to toe mark each body part relax, let excitement go when you reach your toes take another deep breath, snap your fingers back and say .. Deeper sleep. Feel your body weightless or heavy are all different. This whole process takes 5-10 minutes, and now you ready to begin work on what ever you try to change. I hope this helps
