Now, this happens very naturally. You do not say things like, okay, now we start to make you feel bad. The questions do. The questions do. And sometimes the questions take people down this escalator or elevator in a great hurry. My two weight loss specialists watched me do an eval maybe two months ago. And the woman came in and she was a reference and I thought, yes, a referral, you mine. And when the person came in, there were no problems. There was actually no problem. I went through an entire column of things and whatever. And so I asked a question that was like, Ahhhhh, it took her breath away, and my weight loss specialist who was looking at the screen as two rooms away, almost fell on the floor. She said yes, why not just get a sledge hammer and hit people.

Well, we're going to get to the question. We will come to the question. The point was that even a person who comes in and everything is happy as a clam, you can ask them questions that will get them on the elevator going down. Now here is why people do not sell the process is that they do not what they bypass steps. So for example you can not go from here to here, okay? You can not go from here to here.
