Talk about your concerns, your desire and how you handle them. Nobody likes to be seen as self-centered, but it's a great time to make an exception.

In this way you get all the threat of public shame thing, but you will also have a journal to help you work through your process.

2nd Smoking otherwise: Okay, so it is not the most perfect stop smoking tips in the world, but it can work.
