pokemon pearl / diamond sleeping tm?

im trying to make a pokemon who move false swipe and a movement that makes the pokemon fall asleep as hypnosis or track or yawn, but I dont think tm's for those moving longer exists. are there any ways to get tms without transferring from another game. also if you have a pokemon that is good to catch other pokemon without transfer please le me know.

Hmm, oddish has sleep powder and chatot have singing, and it helps if you have a pokemon that has mean look so enemy pokemon can not run away unless you fight. I do not think you can acquire a 'sleep' tm either Best stock up on potions and such! Besides transferring tm sleep over with a pokemon is so easy now with the DS and migration!
