Need help fast with shock hypnosis inductionplease?

Hey I need help fast and anythig I can get is good. I need advice with the starting to become popular hand drop shock inductin. I have done conversational before but this is my first rappid. I have many methods for doing so.
So my question is how LNG is the window period from wen you drop your hand to wen you say sleep. Like do I have less then one second?
If you can tell me thanks in advance
If you have any other methods of rappid inductions and don’t mind sharing that would b great.

What I about about to suggest hear is ‘pattern interrupt’. We all have automated parts of our behavior, things we do without thinking. Interrupt one of these processes and the mind does not know what to do, making a quick suggestion at this time can have an effect.
So to it – go to shake someones hand, put out your hand as a gesture to do so, most people will respond in same,just as your hands are about to make contact, lift their hand and arm up, and quickly suggest something like “and as your hand and arm slowly comes down you feel really great”
Its breaking automatic habit. Another one is when someone is just getting up of a chair, “and as you begin to stand up you might notice that urgency to make a cup of coffee!”
