Is there an underground hypnosis conspiracy?

It’s really strange, every website that pops up when i search “underground hypnosis” or “black ops hypnosis” ,
even the ones that say they are exposing it as a scam, send you to the original website as if it was a promotion.
Could i please get a second opinion about this product?
