I need help finding a TM in pokemon pearl??
I need to find either Hypnosis or a move thats makes it so that the “Foe” doesnt run away. (Im busy chasing after Cresselia)
Even if cress is asleep, it can still run, so your only option there is mean look (not a TM) or a pokemon with shadow tag or arena trap. What I use is an umbreon with mean look. I leveled my eevee up until it learned baton pass (at lvl 36), and then evolved it and then leveled some more til it got mean look. With this, you can mean look and then baton pass the effect to whoever you use to catch wild pokes, and cress won’t be able to run.
