When practicing self-hypnosis always try to stay awake. If you fall asleep, it will not hurt you, but you must remain awake. Always be yourself out of hypnosis when you are finished.

Still thinking about your breathing you can feel aware of the surroundings. Get ready to start moving and feeling energized and refreshed. Take a deep breath open your eyes and come out relaxed and ready to finish your day.
